M&J Mobile Rentals is hiring an administrative assistant for their company located at 8005 Alexander Rd, Delta, BC.

This is a full-time and permanent position.

The duties of the administrative assistant will be as follows

Schedule and manage appointments and meetings
Prepare and proofread all correspondence, reports and invoices
Collect and organise incoming mails
Co-ordinate information among other employees
Maintain inventory and order supplies as required
Respond to all enquiries in person, electronic and through phone calls
Maintain information filing system
Train other office staff regarding office procedures and systems being used.

Education Required

Completion of secondary school is required
Certificate or diploma in a related field will be as asset

Experience Required

Minimum one year of relevant experience is required.

Wage

$25.50 per hour

Hours of work

Minimum 40 hours per week
Must be willing to work flexible hours and on weekends

This position is open to indigenous persons, vulnerable youth and newcomers to Canada.
