  Job title: Construction helper Location: Abbotsford, BC Terms of Employment: Permanent, Fulltime Salary: $20.77-$21.00/hour for 30-40 hours/week Vacancies: 03 Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible   Noor Sandhu Construction Ltd is a commercial and residential contractor based in Abbotsford, BC that provides construction management design build and general contracting services. We are eagerly looking for construction helpers to help continue our growth. As construction helper, the candidate must perform the following job duties.   Job Duties:

• Set up work stations and equipment to be used at a job site
• Safely load and unload and move construction materials such as lumber, tools and other equipment at a worksite
• Mix, pour and spread materials
• Assemble and break down barricades, temporary structures and scaffolding
• Assist tradesmen with framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs
• Level earth to fine grade specifications to prepare for construction
• Direct traffic at or near construction sites
• Remove all rubble and other debris, pack up tools, put away any unused materials from active worksites
• Maintain safe and secure environment at construction sites while following safety regulations

Requirements:

• Education: None
• Experience: No Experience required but any experience in construction industry will be considered an          asset, on the job training will be provided
• Language: Basic English is a requirement
