Cook -Italian Restaurant-

Prepare and cook individual dishes and food
Ensure quality of food
May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and
monitor and order supplies
Work with minimal supervision
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Clean kitchen and work areas.
Must manage Buffet service

Education: High School completed
Experience: 2-3 years in Italian cuisine
