Plascon Plastic is seeking a plastic products manufacturing supervisor to conduct all the duties of the position. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of the team.

Main duties:
- Lead, train, and supervise manufacturing staff, ensuring optimal performance and productivity,
- Coordinate production schedules, prioritize workflow, and allocate resources effectively,
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards,
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures, promoting a culture of safety awareness and adherence,
- Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure availability of raw materials, equipment, and resources needed for production,
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement within the manufacturing operations,
- Prepare production reports,
- May need to set up machines,
Qualifications & skills:
- Completion of secondary school is required,
- 3-5 years of related work experience in plastic manufacturing,
