Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Job Duties:
· Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
· Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, kitchen and cleaning supplies
· Evaluate daily operations
· Monitor staff performance
· Plan and organize daily operations
· Recruit staff
· Set staff work schedules
· Supervise staff
· Train staff
· Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
· Conduct performance reviews
· Organize and maintain inventory
· Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
· Address customers’ complaints or concerns
· Provide customer service
· Direct and control daily operation
· Supervision: 5 to 10 people
Employment conditions: Overtime, Morning, Day, Evening, Shift, Weekend
Salary: $36.10 per hour for 32 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent

Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic cash register, MS Access, MS office, MS Outlook
