RKS’ House of Dosa Ltd, located at 1391 Kingsway, Vancouver, B.C., V5V 3E3, is looking for a full–time Restaurant General Manager.
The candidate should have either three years of experience or a degree in a relevant field and Experience and specialization in Computer and technology (MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word)
Pay per hour will be $44.00 per hour.
This is a permanent full-time position with 32 to 35 hours per week. We will also consider candidates who wish to work part-time only.
Some of the duties of the Restaurant General Manager are:
. Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
. Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
. Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
. Represent the organization or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization in negotiations or other official functions
. Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority to them, and create optimum working conditions
. Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and overall human resources planning.
