We have opening for Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030) at our “A&W” restaurant Winchester (12233495 Canada Inc.) located at 12005 Main St, WINCHESTER, Ontario K0C 2K0. If you have what it takes to succeed in this healthy environment, then this is a position for you. Responsibilities will include Manage, direct and co-ordinate activities of team members in restaurant and drive thru while following all food safety guidelines and product standards.
Job Requirements
Languages: English

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Job Duties:

·       Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits

·       Evaluate daily operations

·       Monitor staff performance

·       Plan and organize daily operations

·       Recruit staff

·       Set staff work schedules

·       Supervise staff

·       Train staff

·       Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms

·       Conduct performance reviews

·       Organize and maintain inventory

·       Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

·       Address customers’ complaints or concerns

·       Provide customer service

·       Direct and control daily operation

• Supervise 16-20 people

Employment conditions: Early Morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend
Salary: CAD $37.10 per hour for 30 to 35 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent
